Kansas City By Night is the combined effort of musicians, venues, and music-lovers in KC to become closer, and to share all of our favorite music with our fellow citizens of KC as well as the world.  This is accomplished using a variety of powerful tools on the internet, and most importantly; by the hard work and word-of-mouth referrals given by everyday people, just like you.

Here are some of the ways KCBN is attempting to connect all the music loving folk of Kansas City:

• Keeping an updated calendar of shows (local artists only)
• Keeping a list of venues you can listen to music at
• Keeping everyone updated and in touch via social media (Twitter, Facebook, Myspace)
• Keeping a blog about events visited by KCBN Staff
• Hosting forums for Areas of KC & Types of Music
• Promoting local music & venues
