After reeling from yet another change in power, Prince Blitzer is re-establishing the domain as respectable, all the while reports of ghostly apparitions and giant wolves run rampant, and a demon-worshipper is still missing. Murmurs of doubt abound as newcomers roll into the city, both Elder and Neonate. Can the city be set right?
